Join medical herbalist and witch Claire Bonin for an evening of tasting, meditating, and learning with four medicinal and magical herbs. Each evening will be an intimate deep dive into a plant whose properties can support our bodies and spirits through the cold winter months. We will touch on immune health, anxiety and depression, sleep, modern herbal actions, traditional energetics, as well as astrological, ceremonial, and kitchen witchery uses of each of the four herbs.
